Terms and Conditions:
All patients must be 18 years or older. (except for teen acne facial)
We require all patients to book a consultation 24 hours prior to having any treatment.
Payments can be made via all major debit and credit cards..
Other:
Our clinicians reserve the right to refuse treatment to any patient for any reason.
All patients must wait a period of two weeks after treatment to be reviewed or receive a top-up. This is to allow all swelling to subside and product to settle in. (Please note: if you have any concerns about a treatment, you are able to contact ifab at any time.)
All payments must be made in full at the clinic on the day of treatment, unless on active membership plan.
Our clinicians will photograph you pre and post treatment for your clinical record. These images are kept private and are for record keeping purposes only, in line with legislation.
The clinician may wish to share the before and after images through our media channels. If this happens, you will always be asked for consent prior. You can decline this if you wish to.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your appointment you must do this at least 48 hours in advance (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Refund Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatment or product purchases.
