Common Questions

Do I need a consultation? Yes. Anyone wishing to have have an aesthetic treatment will require a consultation with one of our clinicians.

I have had treatments before elsewhere, do i still need a consultation? Yes. Anyone new to the clinic will require a consultation with one of our clinicians.

What happens during the consultation? During this consultation, your clinician will understand your skin goals, your medical history and lifestyle preferences such as your budget and pace of life. Based on the clinician’s professional assessment, they will discuss all possible treatment options along with pros and cons and prices.

Can have a my treatment on the same day as my consultation? As a general rule no. However it is to the discretion of the clinician on the day and if time allows.

How long do consultations last? We allow 30mins.

Consultation cost? There is a £50.00 charge for consultations. This however is fully redeemable against future treatments. (Cannot be used towards any PCA Skin Facials, PCA Skincare, Hydro Facials or 3D Lipo treatments)

How long is the consultation fee valid for? It is valid for 6 months from day of consultation, after this time it is not redeemable. The fee is not transferable.
